Method 1: If the device is already bound to Ruijie Reyee App or Ruijie Cloud, choose Device Password to view the password.

Method 2：Restore the device to factory settings.

• 1. Press the Reset button for 10 seconds until the LED is fast blinking to reset and restart the device.

Note: Restore the gateway, switch, and AP to factory settings in sequence. Otherwise, the default password will be overwritten by that of the primary device.

• 2. Visit 10.44.77.254 by browser. Find the default password on the nameplate or in the manual.
• 3. To retain the original configuration, choose Restore Backup upon first login to eWeb after the device is reset.
